1.- Using the oil of your choice, fill the fryer enough to completely submerge the tequeños.
2.- Heat the oil to medium-high temperature.
3.- Place the tequeños in the oil for approximately 4 and a half minutes. Before serving, place the fried tequeños on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
