We ship to all USA
Shipping rates and times for non-perishable items.
Orders for non-perishable items have a variable rate that will be determined at checkout. Shipping times depend on the mail service selected during checkout.
Shipping of refrigerated, frozen, and perishable items
Orders containing perishable items (whether frozen or refrigerated) will only be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed from Tuesday after 3 p.m. EST until Sunday containing these products will be shipped at the beginning of the following week, unless we believe there is a high probability they will arrive before the weekend (as we do not want to risk them being in transit over the weekend).
Shipping rates for perishable products will be calculated dynamically based on the number of items, their volume, and weight.
Meltable Items / Chocolates
From May to September, in most cases, we will ship orders containing meltable products (such as chocolates) only at the beginning of the week to reduce transit time and heat exposure. Orders placed from Tuesday after 3 p.m. EST until Friday containing these products will be shipped at the beginning of the following week, unless we believe there is a high probability they will arrive before the weekend. We may decide, at our discretion, to split orders containing a majority of non-meltable products into two packages to ship the non-meltable items sooner.
Optional Shipping Protection:
To ensure your total peace of mind, we have implemented Shipping Insurance for a flat fee of $4.99.
- What does it cover? By selecting this option at checkout, our store assumes full responsibility for any eventuality caused by the shipping company (loss, theft, or physical damage during transit). We will take care of replacing your merchandise or processing a refund without complications.
- What happens if I choose not to pay for it? The insurance is entirely optional. However, by declining this protection, the customer accepts that any issue resulting from the carrier's handling falls outside of our jurisdiction, and we will be unable to provide refunds or exchanges for incidents occurring during transit.
