MELTED AND GROSS/ DERRETIDO Y MALO

They charge so much for packaging and shipping but my arequipes were melted when they got here. I thought that would fix itself after a couple of days but no, it has been a couple of days and I tried them yesterday again and they still have a grainy, weird texture plus the taste is just not the same as the ones my family sends me directly from Colombia. Cobran bastante por envió y empaque pero mis arequipes llegaron derretidos, pensé que después de unos días iban a volver a la normalidad pero no. Han pasado unos días y todavía tienen una textura granulada y rara. No saben nada a los arequipes que mi familia me manda de Colombia.
